Whittier Alliance recently sold the currently vacant lot at 2116 Nicollet Ave to Alliance Housing, our partners in developing the lot and turning it into 50 units of deeply affordable housing, plus office space for both organizations and a sliding-scale community event space.

As construction begins on the lot, we want to organize a community meeting to provide project updates, share the public art proposals we’ve received, and get feedback on a permanent name for the building.
