Whittier Alliance purchased the vacant lot at 2116 Nicollet in 2021 and has worked for the past five years with Alliance Housing to turn it into deeply affordable housing. We recently reached an exciting milestone—we officially sold the lot to Alliance Housing!

Alliance Housing will develop the lot into 50 units of deeply affordable housing, plus office space for Whittier Alliance and Alliance Housing and a sliding-scale community event space.

Attend the meeting to learn about the project, ask questions, and give feedback on proposed public art and a name for the building.
