Basim Sabri, the owner of Karmel Mall, is working on building a new development at Lake & Pleasant. The building as proposed would include a clinic, retail space, an amusement park, and several floors of parking. 

This meeting is open to the public and will be held in the multi-purpose room at Whittier Rec Center.
