- Open to Business (Loans)
- Direct loans aimed for a variety of business purposes, including inventory, working capital, asset and equipment purchases, and start-up costs. Loans can be made for amounts up to $25,000 with a term of 3-5 years.
- Small Business Administration (Micro Loans)
- The Microloan program provides loans up to $50,000 to help small businesses and certain not-for-profit childcare centers start up and expand.
- Two-Percent Loans
- Two-Percent Loans provide financing to small Minneapolis businesses (retail, service or light manufacturing) to purchase equipment and/or to make building improvements.
- Business Development Fund
- Loans up to $75,000. Loans may be partially forgiven if living wage jobs created are filled by Minneapolis residents. Funds may be used for capital improvements and general business operations.
- Nonprofit Assistance Fund
- Loans to a wide range of nonprofits of different sizes and fields of service.
