Hennepin Community Outreach for Psychiatric Emergencies (COPE) Team
The Hennepin County Mobile Crisis team is offering free, phone or video counseling services to community members who may be feeling stress or anxiety during this time, and would like to speak to someone. Their business hours are Monday – Friday 8 am-4:30 pm, but their phone lines are staffed 24/7, so if you call after hours and need assistance, a counselor will be dispatched to respond. This team offers a variety of language and cultural services, and if you need this, you can ask for this when you call.
