The Whittier Alliance Neighborhood Association invites you to join us for a free workshop on the City of Minneapolis' new 4d Affordable Housing Incentive Program. City staff will present on program details, answer questions, and help you understand how your own taxes could be impacted for the better. Applications for this program are due on January 8, 2020, and our goal is to support any interested landlords in Whittier with receiving the assistance they may need to submit.
Are you a renter with interest in providing information to your landlord about this program? You are also welcome to attend, and we will have printed materials available for you to pass along to them!
Eligibility for the 4d Program:
--Do you own a duplex or larger building in Minneapolis?
--Do you rent out at least one of the units?
--Are your rents average for the Whittier neighborhood?
--Are you interested in saving money on your property taxes?
When: Thursday, December 12th | 6:30--8:00 pm
