The Whittier “Good Neighbor” Award recognizes a Whittier resident who has had a positive effect on other neighbors or has made Whittier a better place to live. The Award is designed to honor those individuals who make a difference for others in the Whittier Community.
The Whittier “Good Business” Award recognizes a social service agency, institution, educational organization or business that has served the Whittier neighborhood in a positive, unique manner. The award is designed to honor those groups that make a difference for others in the Whittier community.
Up to two businesses and two neighbors will be chosen to receive the awards at the Whittier Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 30.
If you would like to nominate a good neighbor or business, please fill out the online Good Neighbor or Good Business nomination form. The nomination deadline is Tuesday, March 21 at 5pm. .
